In Person Counseling
Our initial consultation gives us the opportunity to learn about each other, including my philosophy and your goals. The length, frequency, and type of follow up sessions will be evaluated during our first meeting.
Telehealth
I have always maintained a virtual practice, and with the pandemic I have found clients to be more open to this modality. There are tremendous advantages to Telehealth, and I have found virtual visits to be an effective way to manage all of your nutrition questions and concerns.
Supervision for Dietitians
I am an Approved Consultant (CEDS-C) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). Whether you have a specific case or are looking for a supportive environment where your clinical skills are challenged and enhanced, professional consultation is an invaluable resource to promote professional and ethical growth and development. Consultation is a requirement for those applying to become a CEDS.
Yoga Instruction
I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. I offer individual and small group yoga sessions as well as personalized workshops.

Insurance
Insurance reimbursement may be available to you from your insurance carrier, depending on the type of plan you have. I recommend contacting your carrier for more details about your plan’s specific benefits as I do not accept insurance. If you do decide to submit an insurance claim, I will provide a statement for you to submit, and any reimbursements will be sent directly to you from your carrier. Additionally, medical nutrition therapy is an eligible expense in most flexible spending programs.
