I have always maintained a virtual practice, and with the pandemic I have found clients to be more open to this modality. There are tremendous advantages to Telehealth, and I have found virtual visits to be an effective way to manage all of your nutrition questions and concerns.
Supervision for Dietitians

Whether you have a specific case or are are looking for a supportive environment where your clinical skills are challenged and enhanced, supervision is an invaluable resource to promote professional and ethical growth and development. Supervision is a requirement for those applying to become CEDRDs.

Insurance reimbursement may be available to you from your insurance carrier, depending on the type of plan you have. I recommend contacting your carrier for more details about your plan’s specific benefits as I do not accept insurance. If you do decide to submit an insurance claim, I will provide a statement for you to submit, and any reimbursements will be sent directly to you from your carrier. Additionally, medical nutrition therapy is an eligible expense in most flexible spending programs.
