Stacey Schulman Nutrition

Welcome to the website for my nutrition therapy practice. I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, prevention of disordered eating behaviors, pediatric and adolescent nutrition, and weight management. My unique practice will provide you with individual attention in a boutique setting. I provide a safe, nurturing, non judgmental environment where you can freely talk about nutrition and food. I focus on individual behavior modification, and therefore your needs are always considered when developing a personalized plan. As a dedicated registered dietitian, nutrition therapist, and member of your health care team, I will provide you with the necessary knowledge, support and motivation to achieve and maintain your goals.

My Philosophy

Deciding what to eat is challenging, choosing how much to eat is a different challenge. My philosophy is to teach my clients how to honor their physical cues of hunger and fullness to achieve their weight goals. Under my guidance you will learn how to listen to your body and to identify when you are not eating enough or eating too much. I will work with you to make the best choices for yourself and incorporate your food preference.  Working together you will learn how to trust your body and how to mindfully and intuitively eat.
